客戶提供使用要求，我公司安排技術(shù)部設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)價(jià)，客戶確認(rèn)后我公司安排生產(chǎn)部生產(chǎn)。
箱體采用鋁合金壓鑄成型，加工工序特殊處理，表面高速拋光后高壓靜電噴塑，顏色為“雅明”色，隔爆面車床加工，確保達(dá)到防爆標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
箱體拼接采用螺絲連接，連接處采用橡皮密封，確保箱體達(dá)到密封效果。
內(nèi)裝品牌元件與安森防爆元件（客戶可提供元件），配件采用安森防爆配件，電纜線采用國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電纜線進(jìn)行產(chǎn)生。
產(chǎn)品完成后我公司進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)調(diào)試，確定產(chǎn)品合格后準(zhǔn)予出廠。
產(chǎn)品包裝采用木箱紙箱包裝，確保產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸過(guò)程不受到損壞。
